Senior Technical Program Manager (Senior TPM)Location: Remote CST preferredDuration: 1 yearPay: $68-$75 an hr based on experience Needs to have experience with Supply Chain Distribution and Transportation systems.Job SummaryThe Senior Technical Program Manager leads large, cross functional technology programs supporting supply chain, logistics, and product lifecycle systems. This role is accountable for driving execution, managing dependencies and risks, and delivering complex software and systems initiatives that enable operational continuity and measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead large, multi workstream technology programs with defined scope and timelinesOwn end to end program execution, including planning, scheduling, dependency management, and risk mitigationDrive delivery of enterprise software and systems implementations supporting distribution centers, logistics operations, and retail networksPartner with engineering, logistics, transportation, real estate, and operations teams to align delivery plans and executionManage program delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery modelsTrack and communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior managers and operational stakeholdersProactively identify and resolve execution risks and impediments in mission critical environmentsSupport cost reduction, automation, and modernization initiatives impacting operational efficiencyMaintain execution rigor using JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise program management toolsRequired Qualifications8–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related rolesProven experience delivering complex, cross functional technology programsStrong execution skills in planning, forecasting, risk mitigation, and issue resolutionExperience working with supply chain or logistics systems (WMS, OMS, Inventory, PLM)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and vendorsScope & ImpactManages one or more major programs or a tightly related portfolioInfluences decisions at the functional or regional levelAccountable for delivery outcomes with multi million dollar impact
