Care Coordinator-Tarpon Springs St. Luke’s Cataract & Laser Institute is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to work out of our Tarpon Springs location. About the Position The Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the relationship between the referring physician and the treating physician. This is accomplished by overseeing the patient journey from the time of referral to exam completion and closing the communication loop with the referring physician. What do we look for?
