Our Emergency Vehicle Mechanics are a critical part of keeping our customers' vehicles on the road and operating safely.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Warehouse Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and smooth warehouse operations. This position includes receiving shipments, organizing products, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining detailed inventory records. If you are organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect incoming shipments; verify accuracy against packing listsOrganize and maintain inventory storage areas; ensure proper labeling and accessibilityPerform stock counts, cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory auditsPick, pack, and accurately label items for outbound shipmentsPrepare products for delivery, ensuring secure and damage-free packagingUpdate and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse softwareRecord all incoming and outgoing shipments with correct product codes and quantitiesCollaborate with sales and other departments to fulfill customer orders on timePrioritize urgent orders and communicate delays or issuesPerform quality checks on incoming and outgoing itemsInspect and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, packaging tools)Follow all safety policies and guidelinesIdentify and report potential hazards or unsafe conditionsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious warehouse or distribution center experience preferredFamiliarity with inventory management systems is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skillsPhysical ability to lift, move, and handle heavy products as neededStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and liftingRegularly lift up to 25 lbs; frequently lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally more than 100 lbs (team lift required)Work near moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to fumes, chemicals, or outdoor conditionsModerate noise levelScheduleFull-timeM-F 6A-3POne Saturday a month 7A-2POccasional overtime based on workloadWhy Join Campbell Supply?Competitive hourly payComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, discounts)401(k) with company matchUniforms/PPE providedPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and career growth opportunities
