Overview Placement Type:TemporarySalary:$79.20-88 Hourlyup to $88.00/hrWe're looking for a Data Analyst with 7 + years of experience. Location: Culver City or Cupertino, CA Schedule: In-Office T/W/Th; Remote M/FPay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ matchBackground screening required You'll work directly with cross-functional teams to support analysis of marketing and operational performance. In the next year, this team is looking to expand and automate reporting and dashboard capabilities related to Operations, Production, and Efficiency. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter with strong communication and attention to detail. Has an analytic mindset, the ability to investigate and work independently, and hands-on experience working with large datasets.Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and reporting needsInvestigate and maintain knowledge of operational and performance datasetsInitiate projects to build and procure additional data needed for analysisWrite and optimize complex SQL/Python queries to extract and analyze large datasetsDevelop and maintain Tableau dashboardsPerform ad-hoc deep dive operational analysisBalance competing priorities in an ever-changing environmentKey QualificationsExperience in Marketing, Operations, or Analytics FunctionExperience extracting and analyzing large datasetsFluency in SQL, Python, and TableauExperience with ETL, automation, and/or machine learningStrong Communication and Presentation SkillsAbility to work independently and proactively surface insights and recommendationsPlease note this is a hybrid role in Culver City or Cupertino. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).
