Property Name: Quantum on West CallLeasing Consultant: Leasing Consultants are responsible for completing the day-to-day leasing and marketing operations of the property while maintaining positive resident relations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:LeasingAnswer calls and persuade potential residents to visit the property or the property websiteGreet potential residents, parents and visitors in a professional mannerPursue leads by completing daily follow ups in leasing databasePlace delinquency phone callsComplete guest cards and send thank-you notesMarketingAttend and participate in resident events and event clean upCreate working relationships with universities, local institutions, employers, local businesses, cultural centers to help drive prospects to propertyExecute and promote resident eventsSet up on campus and hand out promotional itemsCommunity Marketing- meet with local businesses, flyer put out, etcTour competitors on frequent basis to gather information on leasing strategies (i.e. specials, occupancy, prelease percentages, and property upkeep)Tenant ExperienceGreet existing and potential residentsAddress and resolve questions/concerns in a timely mannerLog packagesReporting and AdministrativeGenerate mailingsCollect checks and monies owedFile leasesSkills/Experience:Minimum: (1) year customer service and/or sales experience; Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve escalated customer concerns; Understanding of Fair HousingPreferred: Property Management leasing experienceEducation:Minimum: High school diploma, some collegePreferred:Bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldThis job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
