When you join Savills, our ask for you is simple:Be extraordinary, together.ABOUT THE ROLESavills is looking for a Project Associate to provide administrative, marketing and research support to Team Members up to and including Executive Management; resourceful and able to anticipate the needs of Team Members while working on multiple assignments in a dynamic environment; ability to communication effectively with executive level individuals internally and externally. Provide support for servicing existing clients. Assist with the preparation and presentation of client materials.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIESEssential FunctionsProvide day to day support to Team Members for professional correspondence and tasks, project schedules, meeting agendas and task listings for client assignmentsResearch and prepare market/building reports and site surveysPerform accounting functions which may include preparation of expense reports, requisitions and billingsWork in cooperation with other employees in the office on large projectsCoordinate travel arrangements, detailed itineraries and special eventsDirect involvement in client presentations, including preparation and presentation as neededSupport of the Director of Operations with the maintenance and day-to-day upkeep of the Denver office, including ordering office supplies, pantry items, Accounts Payable and other operational necessities.Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Director of OperationsSpecialty FunctionsKnowledge of Salesforce or other applicable CRM.Assist with marketing collateral including email campaigns, sublease flyers, & PowerPoint presentationsQUALIFICATIONSMicrosoft Office SuiteBasic knowledge of graphic design principlesGeneral knowledge of database & research techniqueIT knowledge and ability to troubleshoot typical software and hardware problemsCalendar managementREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAt least 5 years work experience in an administrative/support position. Preference in commercial or residential real estate.Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree preferredCommercial real estate experienceSavills values a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
