Successful attainment of either CTDM role for Equipment Specialists and/or CSM role for Logistics Management Specialists. CDMs/CSMs ensure weekly configuration file maintenance conducted. Process ISEA, Fleet and other customer submitted work files/change notices processed in MBPS. This aligns to both the NSLC CDM Management Plan as well as NAVSEA Technical Specification 9090-700 performance objectives. Skilled at performing configuration validations of shipboard and assigned shore-based equipment. Plans, prepares and executes customer requested physical onsite validation of the activities identified candidate items completed within 5 working days of scheduled travel dates. Be the primary NSLC representative and point of contact with your customer in the area you support. Represent NSLC and the services available to the customer. Ensure the Division Director is aware of any perceived shortcomings in services provided by NSLC. Communicates mission accomplishment, processed work files and validations to applicable stake holders via formal written Monthly Report submitted via the NSLC Deputy Customer Advocate (DCA) within 5 working days following the end of the previous calendar month as established per the Statement of Work (SOW) that has been approved in the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) by the customer. Support scheduled meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly as applicable). Complete all customer tasking with quality, at cost and schedule by completing 90% of agreed tasking at the planned cost and all deliverables associated with them. Contribute toward developing fair and actionable task planning and statements of work for customers and projects for which you have familiarity and expertise. Logistics Support Solutions - contributes to addressing and resolving logistics support issues.Understand your customer's aims and assist as able, using personal knowledge and experience, or reaching back, via the Chain of Command, to NSLCs resources. Document achievements or support provided in weekly and monthly reports.Leads team members toward specific goals and accomplishments. Provides encouragement, guidance, and directions as needed. Adjusts style to fit situation. Delegates appropriate authority. Ensures all available resources are utilized and that the project is delivered on time and within budget. Team Building create and maintain a positive working environment, Coach and motivate team members when able, Maintain harmonious relationships between all parties. Team Meetings - where applicable to tasking, conduct/chair regular and recurring drumbeat team meetings to accomplish assigned tasks. Or, attend and participate in team meetings arranged by Leads, Supervisors, customers or other team members.
