Additional BenefitsCompany vehicle, gas card, iPhone, and laptop provided 401(k) with 3% employer contribution Medical insurance (including vision and pharmacy) with employer contribution Dental insurance 9.5 paid holidays + PTO Career growth opportunities in a family-owned company serving six counties What You'll Do Leverage warm leads, existing contacts, referrals, and your existing professional contacts to drive new business Build and maintain relationships with commercial decision-makers Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and industry events Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, using CRM tools Secure Pre-Loss Agreements with commercial clients Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration leads, where you earn the commission on secured emergency work Who You Are2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (restoration, construction, or facilities services preferred) Proven ability to prospect, network, and build strong client relationships Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities at once Comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment Willing to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation Valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years) Able to pass a background check (dating back to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening Ready to Take Your Sales Career to the Next Level?If you're a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional looking for strong earning potential and long-term growth, we want to hear from you!
