The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution to support efficient project execution.RequirementsQualifications and SkillsBachelor's or 2 years Associates degree preferredMinimum of 2 years experience in document control or related administrative roles, preferably within transportation or construction sectorsFamiliarity with document management software and systemsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of transportation industry standards and project documentation processes is a plusResponsibilities And DutiesManage the collection, organization, and distribution of transportation project documentsMaintain document control systems ensuring all project documentation is current and properly archivedCoordinate document revisions, submittals, and approvals to support project timelinesAssist project teams with document-related requests and inquiriesPrepare and distribute regular reports on document status and complianceSupport compliance with regulatory and contractual documentation requirementsWork closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and documentation flowBenefitsSalary commensurate with experience.Interested and qualified candidates please submit a cover letter and a resume.Procon offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, including full medical/dental insurance and 401(K) plan.
