JOB DESCRIPTIONAn Account Executive is responsible for driving new business through in-person, field based sales efforts, primarily targeting office environments. This role primarily focuses on introducing and selling our Peel and Pour Pods, building relationships with key decision makers, and delivering a convenient high-quality beverage solution that meets workplace needs. RESPONSIBILITIESProspect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, door-knocking, networking, and referralsConduct in-person meetings, product samplings, and tasting within office environmentsEducate potential customers on the value and convenience of our Peel and Pour beverage line and productsBuild and maintain relationships with office managers and key decision makersManage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and even beyond, to ensure repeat orders/subscription managementMaintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting with CRM (Salesforce)Stay informed on product offers, pricing, and competition in the industry QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree required, preferably in Sales or Business 1-3+ years of B2B or field-sales experience 1+ year of sales experience, with proven track record of closing and acquiring new business Experience using CRM and lead generation tools (Salesforce, Spotio, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.)Value-based selling, including MEDDIC or similar sales methodology Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field environment
