Material Handler
Material Handler – First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)Compensation: $18.25 per hourThe Material Handler is responsible for accurately receiving, counting, verifying, and storing materials to support efficient production and inventory control. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that materials are properly managed within the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational capability, and a commitment to operational excellence.Primary ResponsibilitiesProcess raw material parts in and out of the system using QAD, Eagle, and KBMAccurately count and verify the identity and quantity of all materials pulledEnsure all materials are stored in their designated locations in accordance with company standardsConduct cycle counts to support ongoing inventory accuracy and reconciliationUtilize RF scanners and pallet jacks to safely move and track materialsSupport inventory control procedures and assist in resolving discrepancies as neededRequired QualificationsMinimum of one year of Material Handling experienceFamiliarity with inventory accuracy and control methodsKnowledge of material handling processes and inventory management practicesStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyExperience using RF scannersProficiency with pallet jacks (manual or electric)Position DetailsShift: First shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPay Rate: $18.25 per hourOpportunity to work in a structured, safety‐focused environmentRole requires reliability, accuracy, and adherence to established proceduresJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.75/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
