Serving industries including medical, industrial, food and beverage, and consumer goods, they are committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence.Job DescriptionThey key responsibilities of the Electro-Mechanical Technician will be:Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Install, maintain, and repair production equipment, tooling, and auxiliary machinery to ensure optimal operation.Conduct routine preventive maintenance and document maintenance activities accurately.Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.Calibrate, test, and validate equipment performance to meet operational and quality standards.Support production teams during equipment changeovers, setup, and adjustments.Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production to resolve equipment-related issues.If interested, please apply using the link below. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Electro-Mechanical Technician will have the following:Associate degree or technical certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).3+ years of experience in an electro-mechanical technician, maintenance technician, or related role in a manufacturing setting.Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of motors, gearboxes, sensors, relays, pneumatics, and control systems.Basic understanding of PLCs and ability to assist with troubleshooting (is a plus).Proficiency using hand tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.Ability to read schematics and interpret technical documentation.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.What's on OfferMy client can offer the following for the Electro-Mechanical TechnicianCompetitive CompensationGrowth Potential to a cutting edge manufacturing facilityExcellent Benefits including 401k Company MatchJoin a fast growing business (opened a brand new facility in 2026)ContactDaniel HallQuote job ref
