Senior Databricks Practitioner

A company is looking for a Senior Databricks Platform Practitioner. Key Responsibilities Participate in pod ceremonies and provide architectural guidance and PR review feedback Engage in co-development with engineers and correct course when patterns drift from the intended operating model Enforce patterns and contribute to documentation and playbook development for best practices in data engineering Required Qualifications 5 to 8 years of hands-on data engineering experience, particularly with Databricks Deep knowledge of PySpark, Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows, and Unity Catalog Experience in building production-grade medallion pipelines and implementing ingestion patterns Familiarity with CI/CD practices for data pipelines and agile delivery models Ability to collaborate with both junior engineers and pod leads on technical issues
