Manufacturing SupervisorA multi-generational manufacturer with over 100 years of continuous operation is adding a manufacturing supervisor to its team. The facility runs a single shift, has a long-tenured workforce, and continues to invest in equipment and process improvements. The culture is stable, loyalty-driven, and built on consistency.This position opened due to a supervisor retirement. The focus is on floor presence, team accountability, and keeping production moving efficiently day to day.What the Job InvolvesPlan and manage daily production schedules to hit output and delivery targetsOversee machine setups, changeovers, and mid-shift workflow adjustmentsAllocate labor across production lines to maintain efficiency and throughputTrack production metrics and identify areas for improvement in uptime and qualitySupport troubleshooting alongside the team to minimize unplanned downtimeEnsure strong start-of-day readiness and adjust priorities as conditions changeBuild team flexibility through cross-training initiativesMaintain consistent floor presence and hold the team accountable to safety and performance standardsSupport overtime operations as neededWhat They NeedBS, BA, or AAS degree preferred, or equivalent of 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experienceMinimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing settingMechanically inclined, experience with setups and comfortable in a hands-on production environmentExperience managing daily schedules, changeovers, and workflow prioritiesStrong leadership and communication skillsOrganized, decisive, and comfortable holding people accountable
