This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping organizations solve real workforce problems.Position Summary The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business through outbound sales efforts, relationship development, and strategic follow-up. This is primarily an inside sales role based in our King of Prussia office, with some flexibility for hybrid work. The position focuses on identifying potential clients, opening doors, setting meetings, understanding client needs, and helping move opportunities through the sales pipeline.The ideal candidate is comfortable making calls, sending outreach, following up consistently, and building trust with decision-makers.
