Customer Service Representative (Phone Support)Job Responsibilities: 1 Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, provide timely responses to customer needs, resolve customer issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. 2 Communication Coordination: Maintain timely communication with the headquarters in China to ensure smooth information flow. 3 Customer Guidance: Guide customers toward a positive perception of the company, alleviating any negative perceptions. 4 Issue Summarization: Summarize and analyze the primary after-sales and customer issues, and promptly escalate unresolved issues to the Research and Development team and Field Application Engineers (FAE).Job Requirements: 1 Experience: Experience in robotic phone customer service is preferred. 2 Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs. 3 Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with a multinational team and possess cross-cultural communication skills. 4 Problem Solving: Capable of quickly resolving problems and maintaining professionalism under pressure. 5 Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, actively maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
