This is more than a numbers role, it’s a chance to make a real impact behind the scenes.What You’ll DoManage the day‑to‑day accounting operations, including oversight of AP/AR, purchasing and payrollResponsible for general ledger maintenance and journal entry preparation for month-end and year-end closePrepare monthly financial statements plus annual operating and capital budgetsLead the annual audit and oversee the preparation of the Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR)Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, grants, and regulatory requirementsStrengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial processesPartner with leadership to support strategic decision‑makingSupervise 4 accounting staff and support the Chief Financial OfficerWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting or business related field, required.
