Performs examination and evaluation of patients' occupational and functional status, including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary systems as they relate to functional mobility skills. Includes gathering information from patient charts, patients, families, or other sources as appropriate. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the populations served. Analytical ability to evaluate patients' occupational and functional status, establish therapy goals, and formulate treatment plans consistent with those goals.
