Position: Hardware Program ManagerLocation: Santa Clara CA (Onsite)Hire Type: Full TimeLead a large, cross-functional U.S.-based organization of 30–50 engineers and program staff, driving people leadership, strategic customer relationships, and execution of complex hardware programs. You'll be the bridge between engineering, executive stakeholders, and key customers — ensuring organizational health, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.People Management (Primary Focus)Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 30–50 engineers and program managers across U.S. sitesOwn the full people lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, career development, and succession planningFoster a high-performance, inclusive culture grounded in accountability and collaborationCustomer Engagement & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for customer interfacesLead customer reviews, escalations, and QBRs at both technical and executive levelsTranslate customer requirements into program requirementsDrive escalations to closure with transparent, proactive communicationRepresent the voice of the customer in internal roadmap and prioritization decisionsHardware Program ExecutionOversee long-term hardware programs: timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcingAnticipate and mitigate risks through structured prioritizationEnsure executive visibility through clear governance and reporting cadenceWhat We Need to SeeB.Sc. in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years directly managing teams of 20+ (30–50 preferred)Proven success hiring, developing, and retaining top U.S. engineering talentExcellent English communication skills with inter-personal skillsExperience leading across U.S. sites and time zones; comfort with matrixed organizations
