What You'll Do The Master Data Management (MDM) Manager will report directly to the Head of Ex-US Supply Chain and will work remotely from the Netherlands. The MDM Manager is responsible for executing the Master Data Management implementation roadmap, defining and maintaining standards, improving existing MDM processes, and effective operational execution of the Master Data within BridgeBio's enterprise systems. This role supports Launch and Life Cycle Management activities. The MDM Manager will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Packaging, Commercial Manufacturing, Quality, Finance & IT Business partners. Responsibilities Master Data Management roadmap Own & execute the Master Data Management roadmap Define, optimize and maintain Master Data standards / requirements / GxP processes Participate, as required, in the evaluation and selection of new systems & supporting tools Support Data architecture decisions related to Master Data Management Operational Execution Coordinate and collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality & Contract Manufacturing organizations on the day-to-day creation, maintenance, and obsolescence of Master Data Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Master Data across the organization Develop MDM exception reports and perform root cause analysis to structurally resolve exceptions Other Responsibilities Act as the MDM Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the organization Serve as the Change Control owner for Master Data Management processes Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives related to Master Data Management Participate in internal and external project team meetings, as required Other duties as assigned Where You'll Work This is a remote role based in the Netherlands, with 5-10% travel anticipated to visit HQ in San Francisco, US. Who You Are Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration Experience / Background: Strong understanding of Master Data concepts, particularly in domains such as Material, CMO Production & Quality Proven experience in managing Master Data processes in SAP (S4/HANA is a plus) Strong and clear understanding of GMP/GDP requirements and pharmaceutical industry best quality practices Experience supporting product launches & Life Cycle Management activities Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail Proficiency in documentation, presentation and analytical tools (Microsoft Office, PowerBI, etc.) Qualifications Minimum of 5 to 10 years Supply Chain Experience Life Science industry, experience with commercial products is a plus Rewarding Those Who Make the Mission Possible We have high expectations for our team members.
