Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sioux City, IA, for an Iowa Title Examiner. The Title Examiner will conduct detailed title searches and reviews, analyze title opinions, and determine property ownership by examining deeds, chains of title, and related legal instruments. Additional responsibilities include identifying and addressing title discrepancies, verifying escrow and lien details, and preparing comprehensive title reports. This role demands a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications Experience with reviewing Title Opinions and expertise in analyzing legal documentationProficiency in examining Deeds and determining clear ownershipHands-on experience in Escrow processes and resolving title-related discrepanciesStrong skills in completing Title Searches and mapping out the Chain of TitleHigh level of attention to detail and analytical thinkingFamiliarity with state and local property regulations in IowaExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferredExperience with title software is a plus
