Clinical Research Nurse (RN)We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Research Nurse (RN) to join a growing clinical research team focused on HIV treatment and prevention studies. This role is ideal for a nurse with hands-on clinical experience and a passion for patient care, research, and working with diverse patient populations.ResponsibilitiesObtain informed consent from study participantsPerform patient assessments including vital signs and EKGsConduct blood draws, IV placement, injections, and IV infusionsPrepare and mix investigational products/medications in accordance with study protocolsScreen and select eligible study participantsEducate patients on study procedures, medications, and treatment plansMaintain accurate documentation in EMR and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systemsEnsure all procedures are completed in compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with investigators, coordinators, and study staff to support clinical trial operationsRequired QualificationsActive RN licenseExperience with:Vital signs and patient assessmentsBlood draws/phlebotomyIV placement and infusionsInjectionsEKGsComfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environmentStrong patient communication and education skillsPreferred QualificationsClinical research experience preferredCRC (Clinical Research Coordinator) background strongly preferredExperience in HIV treatment/prevention, oncology research, or other therapeutic clinical research areasBSN preferred but not requiredSOCRA certification preferred but not requiredStatistical or research data experience is a plusScheduleMonday–Friday7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about clinical research and patient care, eager to learn, and comfortable working with diverse patient populations.
