Downstream Purification Scientist

Supports downstream process development through purification and characterization of viral vectors, biologics, or recombinant proteins. Responsibilities include executing purification techniques such as CsCl density gradient ultracentrifugation, affinity and ion-exchange chromatography, and tangential flow filtration, while operating AKTA systems for purification runs.The role involves experimental execution, data analysis, process optimization, sample characterization, and maintaining GMP/GLP-compliant documentation. Requires hands-on purification experience, strong technical understanding of protein/viral vector purification principles, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
