Role: Lead Civil/Structural EngineerLocation: RemoteDuration: Fulltime/Direct HireSalary Range: $120K - $130K MISSIONThe Lead Civil/Structural Engineer will lead site and structural design efforts for mission-critical data center facilities. This role will ensure all civil and structural systems are designed to meet performance, safety, and code requirements while supporting fast-track project execution and coordination with cross-functional engineering teams.DAY TO DAYDevelop site plans including grading, drainage, roadways, and access routesDesign structural systems for data center buildings (steel, concrete, precast framing)Engineer foundations, slabs-on-grade, and seismic/wind load systemsCoordinate routing of water, sewer, storm, and electrical utilitiesDesign structural supports for mission-critical equipment (generators, UPS, chillers, etc.)Prepare structural drawings, details, and technical specificationsSupport Supply Chain Management (SCM) and prefabrication teamsParticipate in vendor design reviews and coordination meetingsManage multiple project deadlines in fast-track design-build environmentsTravel regularly to the United States for project supportMUST HAVESBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field5-12 years of building design experience (industrial or mission-critical preferred)Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, and relevant local building codesExperience designing foundations and structural systems for commercial/industrial facilitiesProficiency in Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, or similar design toolsExperience working in fast-track design-build environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines This is a direct hire opportunity.
