Assistant Restaurant ChefThe full-time Assistant Restaurant Chef will have the responsibility of assisting in managing the Club's a la carte restaurant kitchens. This individual will support the Restaurant Chef with menu design and the timeliness and quality of the food products served to our members and guests. Most importantly, the Assistant Restaurant Chef will assist in training the culinary team, as well as direct and assist staff in the preparation, seasoning, expediting, and cooking of all orders.Candidates must have proven experience in successfully leading a culinary staff in a restaurant. They must have experience with upscale casual American cuisines and other cuisines common in the North Atlantic region. Candidates must also have a working knowledge of culinary math, ordering and Microsoft Word and Excel. A culinary school graduate or equivalent industry experience is required.Do you work well as part of a team? Do you have excellent customer service skills and a love for hospitality?
