Pest Control Exclusion Technician with 3 years experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Exclusion Pest Control Technician to join our team. As an Exclusion Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of Pest Control Techniques, Knowledge of how to uninstall and re-install Dish washer, Washer / dryer, Stove & Fridges, Exclusion techniques and usage of hand tools such as Hand drills, Grinders e.t.c, Ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations - Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation - Develop and implement effective pest control strategies to eliminate pests - Apply pesticides and other treatments to infested areas according to safety guidelines - Install pest control devices and recommend preventative measures to minimize future infestations - Communicate with customers to explain treatment plans and answer any questions or concerns - Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in pest control techniques Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience in pest control and rodent exclusion work - Knowledge of common pests, their habits, and effective treatment methods - Ability to operate power and hand tools - Ability to uninstall & reinstall household appliances - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Comprehensive training program provided - Opportunities for career advancement within the company If you are passionate about pest control and enjoy working outdoors, we encourage you to apply for this position.
