Bedford, MA | On-SiteWe're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a laser and photonics manufacturing team in a fast-paced, advanced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production execution, team development, and continuous improvement within a cleanroom-based operation.What You'll DoLead day-to-day photonics and laser assembly operationsDrive production efficiency, quality, delivery, and safety goalsExecute production schedules and communicate priorities and risksMentor and develop associates; manage time, attendance, and trainingLead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (6S, Six Sigma)Partner with Manufacturing Engineering on documentation and process improvementsEnsure compliance with safety and quality management systemsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in microelectronics or photonics manufacturingLeadership experience in a cleanroom-based environmentStrong communication, collaboration, and people-management skillsExperience implementing lean manufacturing conceptsKnowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Compensation & BenefitsMarket-based compensation (no fixed salary bands)Annual performance-based bonus (minimum 10%)Equity participation as part of total compensation100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employeesPartial dependent coverageUnlimited PTO401(k) with 4% company matchRelocation assistance available via sign-on bonus, if applicable??
