Senior Client Partner – Gaming IndustryLos Angeles, United StatesEmployment type: Full timeSalary Range: $190,000 – $250,000About the RoleGlobant is hiring a Senior Client Partner / Managing Director to lead commercial growth and strategic client relationships for its Gaming AI Studio. The leader will drive revenue, own C-suite relationships, and shape AI-led transformation across gaming clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow senior client relationships (C-suite and VP levels) across Gaming.Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive multi-million-dollar AI, data, and digital engineering engagements.Develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies for the Gaming Studio.Partner with delivery, data, and engineering teams to design and deliver AI solutions (predictive maintenance, production optimization, supply chain, ESG/emissions).Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing client partner/consulting team.Own P&L for a defined book of business and contribute to studio-level revenue and margin targets.Represent Globant in Los Angeles and the broader energy ecosystem, including industry events and executive forums.Ideal Candidate Profile10+ years of experience in Gaming, with 7–10+ years in consulting, technology services, or digital/AI roles.Proven track record selling and delivering complex technology, AI, or data solutions to gaming clients.Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios and leading executive-level conversations.Strong network in Los Angeles and/or key US gaming hubs.Experience with P&L management, practice building, or regional/vertical leadership.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing, evolving studio model.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.Core CompetenciesDeep understanding of the gaming industry.Knowledge of AI, data, and digital technologies.Commercial acumen: pipeline development, solution shaping, deal structuring, and negotiation.Leadership and people management: coaching, team building, and cross-functional collaboration.Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.BenefitsUnlimited paid time offHealthcare benefitsDental benefitsVision benefitsDisability insuranceLife insurance benefitsRetirement benefits, including 401(k) and a potential company match.Parental leave for birthing (up to 14 weeks of paid leave) and non-birthing parents (up to 4 weeks paid leave), as well as adoption leave (up to 8 weeks of paid leave), subject to qualifications.Child hospitalization leave (up to 15 paid calendar days per year), subject to qualifications.Paid Jury duty (up to 4 weeks a year), subject to eligibility.Paid moving days (up to 2 days a year), subject to eligibility.Approximately 12 paid company holidays a year.Equal Employment OpportunityGlobant is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
