Box Truck Driver / Cabinet Production Associate Monday-Thursday (6am-3:30) Friday (6am-12pm) Job Summary: We are hiring a dependable team member for a combined driving and production role within our cabinet company. This position is primarily responsible for delivering cabinets and materials using a box truck, while also working in the shop assisting with cabinet production during downtime between deliveries. This is one role within a small, team-oriented environment where flexibility and a strong work ethic are key. Responsibilities: Safely operate a box truck to deliver cabinets and materials to job sites and customers Load, secure, and unload cabinets carefully to prevent damage Plan delivery routes and ensure timely, accurate deliveries Communicate with team members and customers regarding deliveries Assist in the cabinet shop when not on deliveries Help with cabinet assembly, sanding, finishing, and material prep Operate basic shop tools and equipment Package and stage completed orders for delivery Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle preferred Ability to lift 75+ lbs Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Comfortable working both on the road and in a production/shop environment Preferred (Not Required): Cabinet, construction, or woodworking experience Warehouse or manufacturing experience
