Licensed Insurance Customer Service

Job OverviewOur office is expanding, and we are seeking the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining product knowledge, and answering any questions our clients may have. Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge are not required but would be more beneficial for customers at the beginning of this position. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. No insurance experience required but must be willing to obtain a property and casualty license in 30 days.Responsibilities Provide customers with additional information about new products and services. Process customer policy change requests. Take premium payments from customers. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Return all phone messages promptly. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Provide exceptional customer service.
