This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, accuracy, and helping a department stay aligned and on track.This is not a sales rep role.This is a sales support / administrative coordination position.If you’re someone who likes keeping things structured, complete, and moving, keep reading.We don’t tolerate “good enough.” StatusQuoSucks® What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll help support the daily administrative functions of the Sales department and keep important information flowing where it needs to go.Responsibilities IncludeSupporting the Sales team with administrative coordination and department organization Routing incoming inquiries to the appropriate internal contacts Entering, copying, distributing, and tracking RFQ and quotation information Maintaining sales reports, spreadsheets, and quote tracking tools Helping monitor and follow up on open quotes, sample approvals, tooling quotes, and machining quotes Tracking items such as:Engineering changes New pattern reports Surcharge program updates Sales activity reports Assisting with new job review preparation and documentation Coordinating Sales department travel arrangements Providing backup support to Customer Service Handling filing, scanning, copying, and general department support tasks What We’re Looking ForThis role is a strong fit for someone who is:Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple moving parts Strong in written and verbal communication Dependable with follow-through Calm, professional, and steady in a team support role Motivated by accuracy, structure, and doing things right RequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED Strong communication and organizational skills Intermediate computer skills, including:Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Access Ability to maintain accuracy while juggling multiple priorities Experience with ERP systems is a plus
