Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in healthcare settings such as Level II trauma centers, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or post-acute care. The caregiver will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily activities, medication management, and health monitoring, ensuring safety and comfort in a home environment. Currently Available We have day shifts available on Sundays and Mondays from 8am to 8pm in east Medford. Pay $19 Per hour Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as prescribed Monitor health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals promptly Support clients with nutritional needs, meal preparation, and feeding assistance Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Coordinate with healthcare providers for appointments and therapy sessions Document care provided accurately and maintain detailed records of client progress Skills Prior experience in hospital or emergency medicine settings such as Level I Trauma Centers, PICU, or Geriatrics is highly desirable Knowledge of medical-surgical, inpatient, outpatient, or clinic care environments Experience with post-acute, sub-acute, or teaching hospital care is beneficial Strong understanding of trauma center protocols and emergency response procedures Excellent communication skills and compassionate bedside manner Ability to work independently while following care plans precisely Flexibility to adapt to various client needs across different healthcare settings including outpatient and home environments Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation to appointments or errands This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives through dedicated home-based care.
