The client is looking for someone with scientific experience as well as well established BA practices.About the RoleDomain Knowledge: Prior experience in Life Sciences or Biopharma is required.ResponsibilitiesMapping and optimizing existing lab workflows and processes to support automation initiatives.Facilitating discussions and brainstorming sessions to identify and evaluate potential solutions.Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements, along with creating user stories, process flows, validation requirements, and technical specifications, to ensure alignment with stakeholders, including scientists and technical teams.Supporting the design and implementation of modular solutions for Lab automation.Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between the client's business and technology teams.
