Marketing SpecialistClarke is looking for a curious, organized, and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role plays a hands‐on part in bringing the Clarke brand to life across email, social media, digital content, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is comfortable switching between writing a social caption, building a customer journey in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and organizing a library of brand assets – often in the same day. This person takes brand standards seriously, sweats the details, and knows how to get things done.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilds, executes, and optimizes email campaigns and automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing CloudDevelops on‐brand content – copy, graphics, and short‐form video – using Adobe Creative Suite and CanvaCreates and schedules content across global social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others) using social media scheduling tools, like Sprout SocialHelps maintain brand consistency and compliance across all internal and external communicationsManages and maintains our digital asset management system (AMS), keeping photography, brand files, and creative assets organized and accessibleSupports the maintenance and updates of Clarke's website content (Wordpress‐based)Tracks and reports on campaign and content performance, providing insights and recommendationsContributes to internal communications drafts, newsletters, and announcementsCoordinates with internal teams and external vendors for marketing materials and eventsAssists with tradeshow and event preparation, including printed collateral, digital assets, and on‐site supportManages work and workflow using project management software (such as Asana), including task tracking, project timelines, and cross‐functional coordinationUtilizes AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot and Claude) to support content development and workflow efficiency – with a strong commitment to brand compliance and maintaining Clarke's authentic, accurate voice in all outputsHours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.; hybrid role with minimum 3 days in office.Location: St. Charles, IL.Candidates should be located in reasonable proximity to St. Charles, IL. Relocation assistance will not be provided.QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related fieldHands‐on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable marketing automation platform with basic data hygiene practicesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and CanvaExperience managing social media accounts and using scheduling platformsStrong writing skills with an eye for brand voice and detailComfort working with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or Claude to improve efficiencyBasic understanding of analytics – email performance, social insights, Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms for task tracking and workflow managementA collaborative, team‐first attitude and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ballExperience in B2B marketing, public health, environmental science, or similar industry dealing with regulated, complex informationThis position offers a salary range of $60,000–$75,000 .
