Site Manager
The on-site manager oversees day-to-day operations (staffing, scheduling, etc.), works with the packaging department manager to ensure stocking levels and quality control standards are maintained, deals with front-house compliance, and collaborates with the management team to accomplish broader, project-based goals. The on-site manager oversees essential building maintenance and operations, and will work as a retail sales associate.
