You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of complex financial systems, working closely with developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.This role requires both hands-on automation skills and a solid understanding of functional testing and production issue analysis.RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts (Java, BDD)Perform functional and integration testing of banking applicationsAnalyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and validate fixesInvestigate issues using logs, monitoring tools, and system diagnosticsWork with Linux/Unix environments for testing and troubleshootingCollaborate with DevOps teams in containerized environments (Kubernetes)Validate data integrity using PL/SQL queriesMonitor system behavior using tools like GrafanaContribute to CI/CD pipelines and quality gatesSupport production releases and post-release validationTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:6+ years in software testing, preferably in the banking/ insurance sectorStrong experience in QA Automation (Java-based frameworks)Hands-on experience with BDD (e.g., Cucumber)Solid knowledge of Linux/ Unix systemsExperience with Kubernetes/ containerized environmentsProficiency in PL/ SQL for data validationExperience with Grafana or similar monitoring toolsStrong debugging skills, including:Log analysisRoot cause analysis of defects* Proven experience in functional testingNice-to-have:Familiarity with AI/ML basic concepts and terminologyExperience with developer productivity tools such as:GitHub CopilotClaude API or similar AI toolsAdditional Requirements:Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skillsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.We offer a flexible collaboration model based on a B2B contract, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects.Recruitment Process:HR Interview with the recruiterTechnical InterviewClient InterviewFeedback and offer
