DescriptionSummary: As a Client Service Representative, you play a vital role in our Customer’s experience by providing the highest level of Customer Service while efficiently and accurately matching services to new and existing customers and identifying financial needs. A successful CSR will have a friendly personality, enjoy working as a team and will be able to take the initiative and go the “extra mile” when responding to Customer’s needs.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProviding products and services to fit their unique needsOpening new accounts and assisting customers as neededBuilds and maintains relationships with customers.Must clearly understand Armstrong Banking services, discern and interpret customers’ needs, recommending appropriate product/service through sales or referralsPositive, professional, proactive in everyday interactions with Customers and co-workersAbility to apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to promptly meet customers’ needsPromptly, efficiently, and accurately responds to customers’ requests, inquiries, or problemsFoster teamwork and collaboration to build solid relationships with co-workersQualificationsOutgoing personality and excellent Customer service skillsDemonstrate ability to generate referralsEffective written and verbal communication skills as well as superior interpersonal skills to support customer complaint resolution, coordinate numerous assignments at once, showing strong time management skillsMust be very flexible and willing to work irregular schedule as neededMaintain high level of discretion and confidentialityComplies with all regulatory requirements1 year Teller experience requiredPhysical RequirementsLong periods of standing or sitting, typing and repetitive motionAbility to lift and carry cash drawers and coin bags/boxes
