This role is tailored for a recruiter with at least 3-5+ years of experience in high-growth settings. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate expectations and hiring strategies. Your insights into recruiting metrics will drive continuous improvements in processes and candidate experiences.
