This role involves delivering high-quality tax services while serving as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare, review, and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trustsPlan and research complex tax issues and provide strategic tax planning recommendationsPerform compilation engagementsCommunicate directly with clients to gather information, explain findings, and provide guidanceEnsure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and firm policiesSupervise and mentor staff accountants and review their workIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client serviceAssist with special projects and advisory engagements as neededQUALIFICATIONSActive CPA license (required)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting2+ years of experience in public accountingStrong knowledge of tax laws and/or auditing standardsExperience with accounting and tax software (e.g., CCH, ProSystem fx, UltraTax, QuickBooks)Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesRetirement options with firm matchPaid time off and paid holidaysContinuing professional education (CPE) supportFlexible work arrangementsClear path for career advancementHOW TO APPLYPlease send your resume and list of references to: 1.
