Event Operations- Carolina Core FC (MLS NEXT Pro)Location: High Point, NCPosition Type: Part-Time, Seasonal, Paid on Event Days, Event staffDuration: May - October 2026Reports to: Vice President of Operations/Operations ManagerOverview:The Carolina Core FC Matchday Operations Team plays a pivotal role in representing Carolina Core throughout a diverse range of consumer engagements, encompassing home matches at Truist Point as well as other sporting events and stadium events. Through enthusiastic fan engagement, our team is dedicated to creating enduring and remarkable experiences for Carolina Core FC supporters across the Triad region, ensuring a memorable time at each event. During home matches, team members will actively contribute to match/game operations and partner activation initiatives, working under the supervision of the operations manager and vice president of operations.Please Note: Applicants must be available for 90% of events to be eligible.This position is seasonal, part-time event staff, aligned with the 2026 club match schedule. Work hours are determined on an as-needed, event-by-event basis, with no guaranteed weekly minimum.Key Responsibilities:Assist with conversions, setup, breakdown, and execution of event operationsHelp coordinate game-day staff, vendors, and volunteersOrganize and maintain inventory of operations supplies and gearAssist the Merchandise Department with setup on game daysProvide general support to the Vice President of Operations/Operations Manager and front office staffOther duties as assigned Requirements & Qualifications:Must be located in or near High Point NC.
