Material Handler (Seasonal)

If you love coffee, people and getting things done, this just might be the place for you.Essential FunctionsConduct daily cycle counts.Receive packages, review packing slips and contents and deliver them to their final locations. Pull packaging for production team. Work directly with Box Truck Driver to receive pallets that are being delivered and put them away to their final locations, by operating either the forklift or the elevator.Merge license plates on items that are not batch tracked. Communicate with Supply Chain Manager regarding items that appear to be missing or running low on stock.Communicate with Operations Manager and Fulfillment Managers if they are unable to fulfill orders due to stock issues or competing priorities. Keep facility clean and organized. Demonstrate and foster respectful and effective communication with teammates at all times.Assist Operations team as needed and perform other duties as assigned.Help with waste stream activities including Ridwell preparation.Supervisory Responsibilities NoneQualifications2 + years of shipping and receiving experience to include parcel and freight.Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Operators certificate a plus.Experience with inventory protocols and systems, working in an ERP such as D365.Working knowledge of material handling methods.Self-starter in a fast paced, non-traditional work environment.Inventory Management a plus.Must be able to work weekdays from 5am - 1pm.Physical Demands Ability to operate a handheld mobile deviceAbility to lift 50 -150 pounds regularly.
