You'll grow that base, hunt new accounts, and become the go-to scientific resource for researchers and biopharma teams throughout the territory.This role sits at the intersection of science and sales. Customers are scientists. They expect you to understand their workflows, not just read off a spec sheet. If you've worked in cell and gene therapy, antibody development, or recombinant protein production, you'll hit the ground faster than anyone else they interview.๐ช๐๐๐ง ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ'๐๐ ๐๐ข- Own territory commercial activities across customer visits, presentations, phone outreach, and email- Develop and execute a territory growth plan with quarterly milestones in Salesforce CRM- Expand existing accounts and actively hunt new logos across pharma, biotech, and academic research sites- Translate technical product advantages into clear value for customers, including ELISA, SPR, cell culture, and antibody workflows- Attend tradeshows, conferences, and networking events representing the company- Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and product teams to align field insights with company strategy- Travel within territory approximately 50% of the time๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐ง๐๐๐This company rewards territory growth, not just maintenance.
