Full Time - Day ShiftMonday through FridayHourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):$83.970 - $108.360 - $121.360This role will be responsible for conducting patient screenings, providing medication instructions and education, coordinating laboratory monitoring and physician follow‑up for patients served by Sharp Grossmont Specialty Pharmacy.Required QualificationsDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.5 Years experience in the advanced practice area Or3 Years completion of PGY1 residency and 2 years' experience in advanced practice area; Or2 Years completion of PGY1 residency and PGY2 residency.Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (BLS) - American Heart AssociationCalifornia Pharmacist License - CA State Board of PharmacyPharmacy-Based Immunization DeliveryOther Qualification RequirementsAny BPS (Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties) Certification is required within 6 months of hire into this position.Advance Practice Pharmacist License-CA Board of Pharmacy is required within 12 months of hire into this position.Sharp HealthCare is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
