Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Behavioral Health Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Pediatric Psychiatric RN - Travel Contract St. Louis Children's Hospital - St. Louis, Missouri Contract Length: 12 weeks Schedule: Night Shift (primarily) 3×12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week) Candidate should be open to rotating shifts if needed Unit: Pediatric Behavioral Health Unit (PBHU) Behavioral Health Emergency Department (ED 50s) Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to pediatric psychiatric patients in inpatient behavioral health settings May float between PBHU and Behavioral Health ED RN may occasionally be assigned as a 1:1 patient observer to support unit staffing needs Work with interdisciplinary team to manage behavioral health crises and treatment plans Requirements: Minimum 2 years RN experience Pediatric psychiatric / behavioral health experience preferred Experience with Epic Systems electronic health record (EPIC) BLS Certification CPI Certification CPI Blue Card About GLC On-The-Go GLC is more than just a staffing agency - we're your trusted partner in finding travel, local, and PRN contracts that align with your career aspirations and lifestyle.
