Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role as a Security Guard located in Seattle, WA. The Security Guard will be tasked with maintaining a safe and secure environment, conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, and mitigating potential risks. Additional responsibilities include responding to incidents, assisting visitors or employees, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The Security Guard will also collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors to uphold safety standards. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team membersExperience in Physical Security and Private Security operations to ensure the safety of people and assetsKnowledge of Personnel Security practices, including incident response and risk mitigationAbility to remain vigilant and focused during security monitoring and patrol tasksHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, and responding quickly in emergenciesCertified training in security or safety-related programs is advantageousFamiliarity with security systems and surveillance equipment is a plus
