Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain CNC machinery while ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with all safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines according to production schedules and established proceduresLoad raw materials and unload finished parts from machinesMonitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to maintain quality and productivityInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring toolsAccurately complete production, quality, and inspection documentationCommunicate production status, equipment concerns, and quality issues with supervisors and team membersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and standard operating proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferredBasic knowledge of CNC machining processesAbility to read and follow written instructions, work orders, and part labelsFamiliarity with measurement tools such as calipers and gauges is a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable work ethic and ability to work independently when neededWork EnvironmentFast-paced manufacturing and production settingStanding for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to lift and move parts up to 30 lbs. as neededExposure to machine noise, industrial materials, and coolantPPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is provided and requiredWhy Join Us?Competitive payStable full-time opportunityTraining and growth opportunitiesSafe and team-oriented work environment
