Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Clackamas, OREmployment Type: Part-Time; Friday/Monday 6a-2pPay Rate: $21.50–$22.50/hour (based on experience)Community Access Services is currently hiring a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Clackamas, OR to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. No experience required — paid training provided.What You'll Do as a Direct Support ProfessionalBuild meaningful, person-centered relationships that support independence, dignity, and personal choiceAssist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household routinesSupport individuals with community participation, recreation, appointments, and personal goalsEncourage skill development, confidence, and social connectionsFollow individualized support plans (training provided)Administer medications safely and maintain accurate documentationHelp maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environmentAdvocate for the needs and preferences of the individuals you supportWhat We're Looking For Experience as a DSP, caregiver, or in human services is helpful but not requiredMust be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GEDValid driver's license and ability to become an approved company driverAbility to pass a national background checkStrong communication, patience, and problem-solving skillsAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility supportDependable and committed to providing person-centered support Why You'll Love Working at CAS (Part-Time)Competitive Pay: $21.50–$22.50/hour (based on experience)Free Training & Certifications: Including CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, Safety, and more — no prior experience required.Growth Opportunities: Many of our supervisors and program managers started as Direct Support Professionals.
