This role oversees daily field operations, workforce coordination, safety compliance, schedule adherence, and quality control.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and supervise all on-site electrical construction activitiesCoordinate manpower planning and daily work assignmentsCollaborate with Project Managers to maintain schedule and budget alignmentEnforce safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirementsConduct site meetings and coordinate with general contractors and other tradesMonitor productivity and implement strategies to improve field performanceEnsure installations meet project specifications and quality standardsIdentify and resolve field-related challenges in a timely mannerRequired Qualifications & CompetenciesExtensive field leadership experience on large commercial or mission critical projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practicesDemonstrated ability to manage large field crewsCommitment to safety and quality standardsStrong organizational and communication skillsPowered by JazzHRdnJhHgKygq
