As we continue to grow, we’re seeking dedicated Floor Managers for all shifts to lead our warehouse operations. Position: Floor Manager Location: Springfield, Missouri Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (flexibility required) Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate warehouse associates to achieve productivity and accuracy goals Oversee daily order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving activities Monitor inventory movement, product flow, and quality control Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety standards and company policies Communicate effectively with leadership, support teams, and other departments Lead by example — maintain a positive, team-oriented environment Requirements: 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience (3PL/e-commerce preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Hands-on management style with attention to detail Comfortable working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanners Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Why Join Good Company?
