This award-winning, financially strong company has a long-standing reputation for excellence in construction and a commitment to delivering quality projects.Position Overview The Project Manager provides overall leadership and accountability for the successful execution of commercial construction projects. This role requires strong communication, clear direction-setting, and a focus on building lasting client relationships. You will work closely with the executive team to align with strategic objectives and drive growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Estimating during the preconstruction phaseInterpret construction plans and specifications accuratelyMentor and guide junior project management staffBuild and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to secure future opportunitiesOversee subcontractor and vendor procurement, including buyout, scope review, contract writing, and insurance/bonding complianceResolve conflicts and provide solutions for drawing interpretation issuesManage submittals, RFIs, change orders, owner billings, timesheets, and monthly reportsEnsure timely and accurate owner billings and subcontractor invoicesPrepare monthly cost projections and forecasts for project completionOversee project schedules and provide progress updatesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience/certifications)7+ years of experience managing ground up diverse commercial or projectsStrong knowledge of building systems and construction methodsProven financial management skills and ability to manage projects independently from start to finishLooking for someone to hit the ground running.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive, industry-leading salary and comprehensive benefits packageLucrative bonus programPositive company culture with a strong focus on work-life balanceOur client is ready to hire immediately!
